This is a relatively new parking area. It is not clear if it is restricted to certain users and there is no signage regarding payment etc. There are raisable bollards throughout.

Entry – Enter the multi-storey car park from Kings Avenue at the intersection with Blackall Street. All the motorbike parking is on the ground floor.
